It all started when…

Don’t let the native kiwi accent fool you, Lauren has deep roots in Perth, Australia which she has called home for over 10 years and is now a Mum to two young gorgeous boys named Beaudy and Jai. Lauren understands exactly what it is like being a busy human. She knows the hacks, how to cut corners and use time wisely when it comes to keeping fit and healthy as part of a routine. She also knows that working hard and raising children can be a bit of a mental rollercoaster of ups and downs, and is passionate about helping people become more positive, confident, energized and healthy versions of themselves to be able to cope with the tough days. Lauren understands the change that your body can go through after having a baby, and how to set you up safely and simply so that you can begin your journey of filling your own cup again!

With over 1 years of qualified personal training experience - from Weightlifting to Circuit Training, Boxing to CrossFit, Lauren has trained in a number of fitness styles, while over the years honing her skills in Safe return to exercise for Mums, HIIT and Rehabilitation training. She has also qualified as Level 1&2 Nutrition Coach through PN Nutrition.

When she is not coaching clients you’ll find Lauren practicing what she preaches in the gym, swimming in the ocean or in the kitchen whipping up healthy meals for her family. She also loves to socialize with friends, go on family camping trips and travel the world!

Lauren’s approach to fitness and food is all about achieving balance. She believes that in order to create change, you have to CREATE change. This means that you will have to put in some effort. However, she gets it - you need to have fun, you need to be able to eat meals with your friends and family that they love too, you need to have a LIFE! Other wise you won’t enjoy it or stick to it. You probably love wine, pizza and chocolate as much as she does. It’s all about working out how you can keep the balance of having fun while still making progress in the right direction. This is a lifestyle, not a fad, and Lauren encourages her clients to make this lifestyle choice too.

Getting started and keeping on track is no easy feat, so Lauren will guide you through this process by keeping you safe, by giving you variety, and finally by ensuring that you are held accountable. You can always have a chat to her about anything without any judgement.
