  • 1) Face to Face Coaching in my Boutique Studio in DUNCRAIG, Perth, Australia.

There is nothing quite like a One-on-One Personal Training Session. I can do all the thinking for you. Focus on your technique. Push you harder than you would work on your own. And create sessions that are varied, exciting and specific to your unique goals, strengths, weaknesses, and any injuries.

  • PRICE = 30min $60

  • PRICE = 45 mins $75

    You can even partner up with a friend/s to help split the cost - rates per person depend on numbers.

  • 2) Small Group Ladies Classes in my Studio

    These classes are held on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays at 9.15am for 45mins. I take a maximum of 6-7 ladies at one time. All levels of fitness welcome. (For some injuries these classes may not be suitable). No contracts or lock ins. I’m a mum, I get it. You can bring your child/ren along (just a few safety rules). Every class is different. They involve strength training, fitness, circuits, boxing, H.I.I.T, balance and agility. Surround yourself with like-minded women who train hard and have fun. There are guaranteed laughs in these classes. I have ladies aged from 18-58 currently attending.

  • These classes are often booked out so please contact me to see if a permanent spot is available.

  • PRICE = $25 per person per class (direct debit only)

  • 3) Online Coaching 6/8/12 Week Package

  • WHAT IS INCLUDED?

  • An in-depth consultation form + 20min phone call to get as much information as possible about your life to help me create a specific tailor-made program to suit your exact lifestyle needs. (Gym or at home)

  • Access to an easy-to-use App that contains your exercise programs/videos (as many as you need), photos + measurements + data that can all be linked to your fit watch.

  • Nutrition coaching (optional extra) - Your unique Calorie and Marco breakdown, access to recipes that fit your breakdown, access to a food tracking system, a healthy habit tracker, and extra education/resources on healthy eating to help you along your journey.

  • Exercise Technique Accountability - You can send me up to 6 videos of yourself per fortnight of any exercises that you may need help with.

  • Access to my Private WhatsApp Group to be part of a community of like-minded people working towards similar goals, where you can ask questions and celebrate your wins.

  • Accountability check ins through 3 different avenues. My private WhatsApp number for any help needed throughout the week. A fortnightly check in email to help keep you on the ball. And most importantly, a fortnightly 20min facetime/zoom call with me to go over your workouts, nutrition and anything needed to help keep you motivated, safe and committed to the program.

  • PRICE - $69-$99 per week depending on what level of accountability you would like. (Exercise programs/Nutrition Coaching/Both)

  • 4) MAINTENANCE coaching - Continue to succeed online with ongoing accountability.

    This service is a favorite among many of my clients, as often the reason why people don't continue to succeed is that they don't have the support they need once they finish a program. This option is specifically for my clients who have finished the 8-12 Week Program but would like the ongoing support of new training programs once every 4-6 weeks. You will still have a monthly support call to help keep you on track. *There are other flexible options similar to this.

  • PRICE $30-60 per week depending on the level.

My approach to training is PERSONAL

I approach personal training the way that I personally would want to be trained. I like to educate my clients on all components of fitness such as strength, cardio, power, balance and much more. However if you have something specific you would like me to work on that’s exactly what I will do. Whether your an absolute beginner or have had decades of experience. I believe that in order to achieve the best results you need to walk out the door feeling like you have worked hard and climbed one step closer to where you want to be. My goal is to make sure exercise is no longer a chore but something to be excited about.

I practice what I preach. A lot of what I plan I personally have done. I train 3-6 times a week. I cook healthy meals which get posted up on social media regularly - I also eat out and enjoy the food I love at least once a week. I want you to feel like you can get fit and healthy but still enjoy what you love! This is my mission!

Mix things up

I believe variety is key, so I make sure I mix things up by incorporating a number of different training styles to push my clients to their (safe) limits. It’s important to keep your body guessing so that it can continue to grow and change. If you are participating in a 12 Week Program, your workouts will be changed up every 4 weeks.

PLAN AHEAD

I ACTUALLY PLAN. Each session for every client is thoughtfully planned out according to their goals and individual requirements like time, injures, pre/post pregnancy or sports specific training. I tailor your sessions/programs in advance and adjust them along the way as you need.

MY CLIENTS

Over the past 15 years I have trained a range of clients from Millennial’s to Baby Boomers, from Gen X to Z. I’ve trained men and women and I have a high client success rate with achievements of up 50kg of weight loss. Because of my tailored sessions and genuine personality, I have a high client retention rate with both my face-to-face clients and online clients. The majority of my clients have been with me for years! My on-line clients do an initial 12 Week “Commitment to Change” program and the ones who stick to their guns and follow my 3-step simple process end up having outstanding results and many choose to continue longer-term.
